When my girls were ready to start solid foods, I had no idea where to start. There are so many different philosophies, “rules,” and research to be done. What to feed baby when, how much to give, is this or that okay? Now that they are two, I’ve had some time to reflect on what I’ve learned–what worked and what didn’t.
I’ll start off by saying that this post may not be for everyone. It may not make any sense to you when I say I’ve had an unhealthy relationship with food. You may not think that “food addiction” is a real thing.
